About Attorney J. Kevin Tharpe

In addition to representing people in elder law, special needs planning, and estate planning, Kevin provides volunteer services to groups in northeast Georgia, including ConnectAbility. He speaks to groups about elder law and special needs planning for children and adults.

In addition to many speaking engagements for local groups, Kevin gives to the community with service in these organizations:

Kevin also maintains professional membership in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and serves as an accredited advisor of the Department of U.S. Veterans Affairs.
